Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern time. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

Ordering
Call us during business hours or fax us at any time (preferred). When ordering please list quantity, description and code.

Terms
All terms, conditions and prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are shipped C.O.D certified check. Visa and Mastercard are welcomed. Custom and one-off orders must be pre-paid in full. Dealers may use company check after having filled completely our dealer application and after have being approved. There will be a $20.00 charge on all return checks. Costs of collection agency fees, legal fees, interest and service charges will be added to all unpaid invoices if litigation is necessary for collection. Freight charges will be added to each order. Please note that all orders are shipped as “Signature Required”. All merchandise must be inspected after delivery and any discrepancies, defects or shortages must be reported to Eurocomponents, Inc. no later than 48 hours after delivery.

Back Orders
Back orders will be held for 60 days. Please cancel by fax any item in back order you do not wish held.

Freight
All USA orders will usually be shipped UPS Ground. Air freight is available upon request.

Freight Claims
We carefully inspect all our products before shipping them. All claims for loss or damage are to be made by the customer to the freight carrier; we are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.

Returns
All claims must be made within 30 days of shipping date. Returns must have written authorization from Eurocomponents, Inc.; no returns without authorization will be accepted. Call us for return instructions and to get an RMA number. A 20% handling fee will be charged to restock parts. The 20% handling fee will not be charged if the return is the result of defective merchandise or an error on our part. All returns must be sent freight prepaid and packaged correctly; customer is responsible for products damaged during shipment due to improper packaging. Absolutely no packages will be accepted for return if shipped C.O.D to us. Eurocomponents, Inc. will release a credit for the returned merchandise for future orders.

Warranty
None of the products distributed by Eurocomponents is DOT approved. All Eurocomponents’ products are for custom applications and intended as dressing material for show display or for off road use. It is responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of the products sold by Eurocomponents for his or her use and to check that our parts and accessories do not violate his or her state laws. The user shall assume all legal, personal injury risk and liability and all other obligations and risks associated therewith. All products must be installed and maintained only by legitimate motorcycle businesses. The installation of our parts may void your factory warranty. We have complete confidence in our parts, but we strongly recommend to test fit all products before any modification or painting. We strongly recommend that all gas tanks be fitted, pressure tested and sealed before painting in order to eliminate potential problems. Eurocomponents, Inc. is not responsible for incidental costs and damages (including parts, labor, paint, chrome plating) due to failure of our products, improper installation, incompatibility with other motorcycle parts. Our guarantee is limited to repair or replacement of defective products up to 30 days from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, negligence, alteration or misuse. We will not accept for return any product that has been damaged or modified for improper installation. Eurocomponents, Inc. will not be held responsible for incidental damages arising from or in connection with the use of any part sold by Eurocomponents, Inc.

Chrome-plating
If chrome fails after installation, Eurocomponents, Inc. will not be held responsible for any labor cost under any circumstances. Remember to use extreme caution when installing chromed parts; chrome finish is very fragile.

Proprietary rights
You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials made available on Eurocomponents catalog or website, such as  photos, designs, images, text, mounting instructions, downloads, names and  logos  are the exclusive property of  Eurocomponents, Inc. and  are protected by United States and International intellectual property laws. You may use, display and print one copy of the content and materials on Eurocomponents website  on a single computer for your noncommercial and personal use only. You agree not to reproduce  or modify any content or materials made available on Eurocomponents catalog or website, without  Eurocomponents prior written authorization.
